Americans will get healthier when they have real data and start making different choices. Not because a slogan told them to but because they see themselves as important enough to.
This episode starts with RFK Jr.’s 2026 convention speech on Make America Healthy Again, then goes into what that actually looks like on the ground from my perspective. We look at wheat the way Bread Beckers breaks it down: bran, germ, and endosperm, and how “enriched” white flour strips the kernel and puts a handful of synthetics back in. We cover the aspartame approval history and Donald Rumsfeld’s role at G.D. Searle. We also go through sodium lauryl sulfate in soaps, shampoos, and toothpaste, plus the carnivore diet plan along with real protein facts.
The pattern is the same in food, sweeteners, and household products. The public gets the marketing. The people who read the source material get a different picture.
